Actress Estella Warren Charged of DUI

"The model-actress was charged today with DUI, hit-and-run driving, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest stemming from her alleged drunk-driving adventure last month, which ended with a bizarre attempt to flee from police custody." - E!

Another celebrity has been arrested for DUI, actress Estella Warren, who starred in Plant of the Apes was charged with a hit and run as well as a DUI. When police caught up to Estella later that night, she tried to kick and fight the cops, and was eventually charged with battery on a law enforcement officer. After she was brought to a nearby station, she somehow slipped her cuffs and made a run for the back door but was caught before she could make another escape. Estella Warren was charged with 3 misdemeanors but police say she could have been charged with a felony count of escape,  if she had successfully escaped out of the station.

MLB Legend Mark Grace -- Busted for DUI

"Former Chicago Cubs superstar Mark Grace was arrested for drunk driving in Scottsdale, Arizona on Memorial Day ... and according to the police report, Mark has good taste in scotch. " -TMZ

It seems like MLB Legend Mark Grace has been caught for a DUI. The legend was arrested on the 30th of May. When asked how he thought he preformed on the sobriety tests and he replied, "not well enough". He also did not have his wallet or license on him at the time of the arrest and had "blood shot and teary" eyes.
